The methodology

A repeatable path from ascroll to a scheduled call

  • Four stages
  • Every month
  • Outcome-led

Four connected stages that take someone from the feed to your calendar, so every month starts from what we learned in the last one rather than from scratch.

The methodology

Hook & research

We study your offer, audience and competitors, then map the angles and hooks most likely to stop the scroll. Every month starts with a plan, not a blank page.

The aim isn't more content. It's a fuller calendar.

Plenty of good businesses post regularly and still wonder where the enquiries went. Usually the content itself is fine. What's missing is a plan around it and a clear next step for whoever watches.

Posting regularly, and still quiet

If you're already making things, the hard part is done. What tends to be missing is the opening line, the edit, and somewhere obvious for a viewer to go next.

Reports that answer the real question

Reach and impressions are useful signals, but they're not what you're actually asking. The number that matters is how many people booked, so that's the one we report on.

Your best piece deserves a longer life

Every so often something lands properly. With a plan for what happens next, that piece can keep earning its place long after the day you posted it.

Risk reversal

If we don't deliver, you don't stay.

[SET YOUR GUARANTEE HERE - e.g. "If we don't deliver your agreed monthly deliverables and a working content system in the first 90 days, we work for free until we do."] We only win when your calendar does, so the risk sits with us.

Full terms are confirmed in writing before we start. No fine-print surprises.

How it works
  • You complete a short onboarding, give us access to your accounts, and give us a few hours on shoot day.
  • You reply to content approvals within [X] business days so we can stay on schedule.
  • Applies to the agreed scope of deliverables - exact terms are set on your call.

Six questions worth asking any content partner. Including us.

A showreel tells you what someone can make, not what working with them is like. These are the questions that tell you whether a month together will be worth it.

They do, on location, with their own kit. If the answer is 'send us your footage', you have hired an editor, not a content partner.

Every month should start with angles and hooks chosen for your offer. If they cannot tell you why a video exists, it is filler.

One team, one loop. When the person choosing the angle and the person editing it never speak, the thread between them tends to get lost.

Booked calls and pipeline. Reach and impressions are useful inputs, but a report built only from them won't tell you whether the month paid for itself.

You should, in full, including the raw footage. Anything less means leaving is expensive by design.

A clear notice period, in writing, agreed before you start. Long lock-ins protect the agency, not you.

Ask us all six on the call. We'd rather you asked them of everyone you're considering.

Questions

Everything you're probably wondering.

How long are your contracts?

Month-to-month with 30 days' notice - no annual lock-in. Content is a compounding game, so most clients stay because it works, not because they're trapped.

Do I have to film anything myself, or book a videographer?

Neither. The videographers are ours, so there is nobody for you to find, book or pay separately. We come to you with the kit and shoot it on location, wherever you are. All we need is a few hours of your time on shoot day.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short onboarding call, access to your social accounts and ad manager, and a date in the diary for the first shoot. We handle the rest.

How fast will I see content go live?

We agree a delivery schedule with you at the start of each month, so you know which pieces are landing and when. How quickly the first ones go out depends on the shoot date and how much we are cutting, and we will be straight with you about that on the call rather than promising a number we cannot hold to.

Who owns the content you create?

You do - 100%. Every video, edit and asset we produce is yours to keep and reuse, during the engagement and after it ends.

What happens if it doesn't work?

We track results against booked appointments, not vanity metrics, and adjust monthly. We also stand behind a clear guarantee, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

How much does it cost?

Packages start at £1,000 a month for Starter, £2,200 for Pro and £4,500 for Premium, which also includes your website built and maintained. All of it is published on the packages page. If none of those fit, Enterprise is scoped around what you actually need. Paid social is priced separately as an added package if you want it, and the ad budget stays separate and is set by you.

Do you manage ad spend too, or just content?

Content and organic posting come as standard. Paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok are an added package rather than part of the base retainer, so you only pay for them if you want them. If you do add it, the ad budget itself stays separate from our fee and is set by you.

Which platforms do you cover?

Primarily short-form - Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Paid social on Meta and TikTok is available as an added package. We focus on wherever your audience already is.
